PAYMENT INFORMATION

• A payment of $850 ($1100 for weekend bookings), equivalent to one night’s accommodation, is due at the time of booking.

• When booking more than 30 days in advance, we will take a deposit via credit card payment, equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation, to secure your reservation.

• 30 days before your arrival, we will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining balance of your stay using your credit card.

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment via credit card will be required at the time of booking.

• All pricing is subject to annual increases.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.

• If you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, the initial one-night deposit will be forfeited.

• Once full payment has been made and a cancellation is made within 30 days, a refund will not apply.
  

DAMAGES AND SECURITY: PRE-AUTHORISATION

• Upon arrival, a credit card preauthorisation will be required to the value of $200.00

• Any substantial damage will be assessed post-check-out to the property. Please see below for indicative damage/repair costings that may be charged.

  • Noise/nuisance call out: $200.00

  • Evidence of use as a party venue: $500.00

  • Deodorising due to smoking: $300.00

  • Lost keys or TV, or Air Con remote: $200.00

  • Excessive cleaning: $150.00

  • Excessive rubbish removal: $100.00

  • Damages, breakages and theft: Charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
