Booking Terms and Conditions
A payment of $850 equivalent to one night’s accommodation is due at the time of booking.
When booking more than 30 days in advance, we will take a deposit via credit card payment, equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation to secure your reservation.
30 days before your arrival, we will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining balance of your stay using your credit card.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment via credit card will be required at the time of booking.
Hamper Offer: Valid for bookings in 2025 and 2026. Offer ends August 31st 2025
PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, the initial one-night deposit will be forfeited.
Once full payment has been made and a cancellation is made within 30 days, a refund will not apply.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Upon arrival a credit card preauthorisation will be required to the value of $200.00
Any substantial damage will be assessed post check out to the property. Please see below for indicative damage/repair costings that may be charged.
Noise/nuisance call out: $200.00
Evidence of use as a party venue: $500.00
Deodorising due to smoking: $300.00
Lost keys or TV or Air Con remote: $200.00
Excessive cleaning: $150.00
Excessive rubbish removal: $100.00
Damages, breakages and theft: Charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
DAMAGES AND SECURITY: PREAUTHORISATION
No loud noise, music, nuisance behaviour, parties or functions.
Quiet time is 10.00pm until 7am.
No smoking inside – at any time.
Please do not venture outside of the property boundaries at 18 Yule Avenue – Middle Swan.
There is no access at all to our neighbour’s property, Swan Valley Adventure Centre or the river at any time.
No pets allowed on premises.
No extra persons – only the total of registered guests are approved to stay.
Damages and Insurance -Please remember you are responsible for anything you damage during your stay. We are aware that accidents can happen so please ensure you let us know. Insurance for your personal belongings is your responsibility.
